All sticker packs are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, about 7 business days after the last day of the month.

We always bill the month prior to shipment so if you signed up anytime in January (January 1st-January 31st) the first pack you receive will be the February pack. This will ship about 7 business days into February. You’ll receive a shipping notice to the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off at USPS.

Your shipping address is in two separate places on your customer profile, under the Account Details section of your Account Dashboard and in the Subscription Management section.

To update the shipping address for your subscription:

  1. Login to your Pipsticks account
  2. Click “My Subscriptions” at the top of the page
  3. Click the + next to the subscription you want to make changes to
  4. Click "Edit Address"
  5. Click the "edit" link next to the subscription you'd like to update
  6. Click "Edit" under your shipping address at the bottom of the page

If you updated your shipping address but did not follow the above steps then you likely updated the shipping address for one time online store orders and not for your subscription.

If you followed the above steps and your subscription is shipping to an old address it’s possible your address was updated after you were billed for your subscription. Any changes to your subscription go into effect on your next billing, if the address change was made after your order was paid for, the previous address was used.

If you need an address change after your subscription has billed please contact us at hello@pipsticks.com and we’ll get things squared away for you!

Shipping varies depending on where you are located:

  • US – cost included in your subscription price
  • Canada – $2 USD per month
  • EU/UK – $3 USD per month
  • AUS/NZ – $3 USD per month
  • All other – $3 USD per month

Yes! Each month we send out a shipment notification to the email we have on file once your package is dropped in the mail!

Of course! We don’t have the ability to pause a subscription indefinitely however you can skip a month or we can move your billing date further out for you. Remember that each billing is for the next month’s pack, so when you want to skip a monthly pack, you should skip the previous month billing.

  • Login to your Pipsticks account
  • Click My Subscriptions and then Subscriptions on the next top menu
  • Click on the subscription you want to cancel, this will bring up a set of options
  • At the very bottom, click on "Skip this order"
  • A pop-up will appear to confirm the change letting you know when your next charge will be - Hit Skip this order
  • This action cannot be undone in your dashboard, so if you want to revert this change, you should email us

If you need more than a single month break, we can change your renewal date to whatever you’d like. Just contact us to let us know when would you like to receive your next pack and we’ll set your next billing date accordingly.

To update the credit card on file, follow these steps:

  • Login to your Pipsticks account
  • Click My Subscriptions and then Subscriptions on the next top menu
  • Click on the Payment methods tab in the next top menu
  • Click on Add new payment method and enter your new payment details
  • Click on Add Payment Method to finalize

Please Note:

  • This will update the payment method on file for all active subscriptions
  • Any changes made to your subscription will go into effect on your NEXT bill, so if you've already been billed this month for your next subscription, please reply here with the update you'd like.
  • Our cutoff for subscription changes is the last day of the month, for subscriptions going out the next month. Example: The cut-off for a February Pack will be January 31st.
  • Login to your Pipsticks account
  • Click My Subscriptions and then Subscriptions on the next top menu
  • Click on the Add Shipping info button
  • Step 1: Enter your new shipping address, click Next
  • Step 2: Choose a payment method. Since you are adding a new address our system requires a default payment method for this address. Select the payment method and click the Add shipping address button
  • Now that you have added a new address, you must edit your subscription to be shipped there (this process is a bit long, we know...)
  • Click on the Subscriptions tab at the top of the page
  • Click the Active subscription you want to update
  • Click on the address under Shipping & billing - a list of all the available shipping addresses will appear
  • Under the new address you just created, click Use this Shipping and Billing pair
  • A success message will appear and the new Shipping address and billing combination will now appear under "Shipping & Billing"

Important notes:

  • If you have multiple subscriptions on file and need to have them routed to separate mailing addresses, please reply here with the details and we'll get things taken care of on our end.
  • Any changes made to your subscription will go into effect on your NEXT bill, so if you've already been billed this month for your next subscription, please reply here with the update you'd like.
  • Our cutoff for subscription changes is the last day of the month, for subscriptions going out the next month. Example: The cut-off for a February Pack will be January 31st.
  • Log in to your Pipsticks account
  • Click My Subscriptions and then Subscriptions on the top menu
  • Click on the subscription you want to cancel; this will bring up a set of options
  • At the very bottom, click on Cancel subscription
  • Log in to your Pipsticks account
  • Click My Subscriptions and then Subscriptions on the next top menu
  • Click on the inactive subscription you want to re-activate
  • On the subscription details page hit the Re-activate button
  • You will see a success message and taken to a page to see the details of your subscription
  • An overlay window will appear to confirm your re-activation – click on Re-activate
  • And you are done! Your subscription is now active!

We are in the process of consolidating all of our customers under our new website! Until that process is totally complete, we have customers in our old system with Cratejoy as well as our new system through our current website (Shopify).

We can identify if this is the issue by logging you in at our new site!

  • Head to the Account Login Page
  • Enter your email address and click continue
  • Enter your password and click sign in
  • From your Account Dashboard click Manage Subscriptions on the right hand side.

Here you should see a pink box that links you to Cratejoy to see your subscription details. If you’re on the “My Subscriptions” page and don’t see your subscription OR the pink box directing you to Cratejoy, please email us at hello@pipsticks.com.

If your subscription is in Cratejoy and you’d like to migrate your subscription over to be managed under a single customer portal, please email us at hello@pipsticks.com for further assistance.

Your 5% subscriber coupon code is included in the shipment notification for your pack each month. This is not an automatic discount, so make sure you apply the coupon code at checkout to take advantage of this perk! The code changes monthly and is only good until the next month’s pack ships!

For example, the code sent out in the April shipment notification can be used until the May packs ship. If you’ve lost your shipment notification email or don’t remember your coupon code, you can reach out to us at hello@pipsticks.com and we’ll get those details over to you.

Our packs are great for sticker lovers of all ages! The switch from Kids to Pro usually happens between the ages of 10 and 13. You can see prior month's packs here for a better idea of what is included.

The Pro sticker pack (Adult Pack) is perfect for scrapbookers, snail mailers, planners and sticker lovers from the age of about 10-13 and up.

The Kids sticker pack is totally child-friendly, they can do everything by themselves which means it's a break for the parents - yay!

The stickers are different between the two packs and are curated specific to the target groups. You can see prior month's packs here for a better idea of what is included.

You don’t (and that’s part of the fun!) However, we do sneak peeks via email, in Pippy (our sticker club Zine), and on social media each month, for those who NEED to know!

Ideally each subscriber with the same theme and size would receive the same sheets, but that’s not a guarantee. If we run into printing or shipping issues, we may share sheets between themes or put sheets in some packs and not others. You will always get 15 sheets of stickers in a Classic and 7 sheets of stickers in a Petite.

Throughout the year, we do our best to keep our sticker packs free of specific holiday themes (you can find holiday stickers in our online shop!). September is a slight exception: our Kids Club packs include some Halloween stickers (that are cute, not creepy), and our Pro Club includes sticker that have a celestial, witchy vibe. In November, though we do not include holiday stickers, our stickers do include some festive/celebratory themes (think presents, winter, glitter).

As a subscriber, you will receive spoilers via email prior to your stickers shipping (you can also see them on social media). If the stickers don’t jive with what you’re looking for, just log in to your account to skip the shipment* and your subscription shipments will bounce right back the following month.

*If you want to skip a month, you will have to skip the prior month’s billing in your account dashboard. If your billing has already been processed for the month you want to skip, please contact hello@pipsticks.com and we’ll handle it!

Almost all stickers in our packs are designed by our in house design team, and are printed with the highest quality material! We produce 30+ new designs each month for our subscription and online store.

We get all other stickers from vendors all over the world! We work directly with wholesalers in Asia, Korea, Europe, and the US.

This depends on what your end goal is! If you’d like to buy multiple subscriptions for multiple people, then follow the steps below:

  1. Put one subscription in your cart with no other items
  2. Go through the check out process
    Ensure you put your name + email on the order & the recipient’s name and address for the shipping address.
  3. Submit your order and do it all again!
  4. Repeat as necessary for the other people you are purchasing for :)

If you would like to purchase multiple subscriptions for yourself, then you can add whatever subscriptions you’d like to your cart and go through checkout!

  2. You can sign up for a subscription and then cancel immediately

COVID-19: USPS is experiencing shipment delays due to COVID-19. We expect these delays to effect the delivery of your April Subscription (if you haven’t received it yet), your May Subscription, and any online store orders that have been purchased since April 6th.

Domestic Shipments: USPS is seeing an additional 2 business days on delivery of shipments. For online store orders, you can expect the following time frames

  • First Class Mail – typically 2-10 business days. Now 4 – 12 business days
  • Priority Mail – typically 2-3 business days, Now 3-4 business days

International Shipments: We have been told to expect delays on all international shipments, but have not been given an exact time we should expect delays. There are also some countries having shipments from the US temporarily suspended. Check details for your country here. We’re asking you wait an additional 10 business days for your shipment to arrive before reaching out to us. If shipments have been suspended to your country, any mailed packages are being held at customs until the suspension is removed. We are asking you to wait 10 business days after the suspension is removed before reporting your package as missing.

We will have both a Hello Kitty Subscription and items for sale in our online shop:

Subscription Items: Will be limited edition – which means they are only available as part of the club and will not be for sale in our online store.

Online Store Items: Will only be available in the online store and will not be part of the monthly recurring subscription.

Hello Kitty Subscriptions are not currently eligible for discounts or coupons. This may change in the future and we’ll be sure to communicate any active promotions via email and social media.

Due to our contract with Sanrio, we are limited to where we can sell our subscription. Currently, we are authorized to sell in the United States (including its territories, possessions, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico) + Canada. We are working with Sanrio to expand our regions but do not currently have an ETA.

Our Pro and Kids subscriptions are a $50+ value, while our Hello Kitty Sticker Subscription is a $62+ value, due to the increased value, the subscription cost is slightly higher.

Yes! There will be 1 vinyl sticker each month, every subscriber will get the same vinyl sticker in that month. The designs will change on a monthly basis.

The Hello Kitty® And Friends Sticker Club will always include 1 collectible puffy sticker, this could be a glitter puffy or big puffy and will vary month to month.

The collectible puffy sticker in the pack will be consistent – so every subscriber will get the same puffy sticker in that month. The designs will change on a monthly basis.

The Hello Kitty® And Friends Sticker Subscription will automatically renew, as long as you don’t cancel you’ll keep your spot in the club!

Not within your customer profile. Due to the limited availability of the subscription, you’d have to sign up for a brand new Hello Kitty® And Friends Sticker Subscription and then cancel your current kids, pro, or stationery subscription.

Yes! Make sure you’re following us on social media and signed up for our email lists! We’ll be sending sneak peeks monthly just like our current Kids, Pro, and Stationery Subscriptions.

We’re not sure, we’re working with Sanrio to see if we are able to extend the regions available to us for our Hello Kitty® And Friends products.

The Hello Kitty® And Friends Sticker Subscription will include:

Online store orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. If you order a subscription and non-subscription products, the subscription will ship at the predetermined schedule the month after you purchased it and the other products will ship within the 5–7-day timeframe. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation by then, please contact us to investigate further.

We update our Sticker Shop every Monday! So if an item is out of stock and will be coming back into stock, it will remain listed. If the item is not going to be restocked, it will disappear from the shop on the following Monday. It can take up to 3 months for out of stock items to be re-stocked.

We currently don't have an option to be notified when something is restocked, so keep your eyes on the shop for the item you are looking for!

First of all, SO happy to hear that you gifted a loved one with Pipsticks goodies! We do not have the ability to add gift notes to orders, but you can let your giftee know that sticker joy is on the way by sending one of these free printable cards available on our blog here.

So sorry this happened! We typically respond to all customer inquiries within 2-3 business days but online orders can ship in one business day or less. If you reach out to us at hello@pipsticks.com we will always check and see if it’s possible to make a change but we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed. If your order has already been fulfilled then we will not be able to make additional changes to it.

First, I'd start by contacting USPS at the phone number provided. If you're having trouble, email us at hello@pipsticks.com so we can assist.

PayPal is now an accepted payment type for one time online store purchases, you should see the option while checking out. This is not currently a payment option for subscriptions.

We ship to subscribers all over the world! Shipping costs vary depending on where you are located and are calculated by the weight of your order using USPS rates directly.

When you cancelled, you received a confirmation email that stated "Note: If you were billed prior to this cancellation, you will receive all shipments that you've paid for. If you need to cancel a shipment, please email us at hello@pipsticks.com.". If you did not reach out to us to cancel any shipments, then the shipment that you paid for prior to cancellation was sent.

Your billing date is based off of your original signup date and we always bill the month prior to shipment. So if you signed up on the 18th of April that charge pays for your May pack and you will be billed on the 18th of the month until your subscription is cancelled or you request a billing date change from us.

If you signed up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, eventually your date will be moved to the 28th of the month as that is the latest date in February.

If you would prefer to be billed on a different day than your original sign up date, please reach out to us at hello@pipsticks.com and let us know what date you’d like your billing date to be! We can move it to whatever date you like :)

If you signed up early in the month, then it’s possible you were charged for your second month’s pack before your first month shipped or arrived, which I know is a bit confusing. If you reach out to us at hello@pipsticks.com we will be happy to refund that charge and move your billing date closer to the end of the month so you're billed right before your next pack is shipped or leave that charge and move all future billing dates closer to the end of the month... whatever works for you!

Not a problem, to update your payment method:

  • Login to your Pipsticks account
  • Click on “My Subscriptions” at the top of the page
  • Click the + next to the subscription you want to make changes to
  • Click on "Edit You’re Your Payment Method"
  • You'll be taken to a new version of the customer dashboard
  • In the new dashboard, click on the "Payment methods" tab in the top sub-menu
  • Click "Add new payment method" and enter your new payment details
  • Click the "Add Payment Method" button to finalize adding the new payment details
  • Then to link the new payment method to a subscription, go to ”Subscriptions” in the top sub-menu
  • Click on the active subscription you wish to link the new payment method to
  • In the subscription details page that appears, click on “Shipping & Billing”
  • You will see a list of all the shipping and billing combinations
  • Select the new payment method you entered and hit “Use this shipping and billing pair”
  • And you are done! You should now see the new payment method listed in your subscription details page

We respond to emailed cancellation requests with a few options (skip a month, cancel on your own, or reply back to confirm cancellation). If we never heard back to confirm the cancellation then the subscription was not cancelled.

If you cancelled your subscription on your own it is possible the process was not completed or that there are multiple accounts under multiple emails with us. If you’re having any trouble with cancelling reach out to us at hello@pipsticks.com and we’ll be happy to assist!

The way Apple Pay works with our recurring billing software is that the billing software captures the credit card on file with Apple Pay when you initially signed up. If the card is updated in the Apple Pay app, it does not change what our recurring billing software keeps on file.

You will need to update the payment method we have on file to the new credit card.

To update your payment method:

  • Login to your Pipsticks account
  • Click “My Subscriptions” at the top of the page
  • Click the + next to the subscription you want to make changes to
  • Click "Edit Your Payment Method"
  • Click "Update Card"
  • Enter your new payment details
  • Click "Update Card"

Please Note:

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout. You save your email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information, which allows you to checkout faster with any company that uses Shopify to host their website.

UPS Mail Innovations inducts your mail piece into the U.S. Postal Service within 24-48 hours of processing. The U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the mail piece to the destination within 1 to 5 business days.

A signature is not required or offered for items delivered through UPS Mail Innovations.

Your order will have 2 tracking numbers, the UPS tracking and the USPS tracking. To view the USPS tracking number in your UPS innovations tracking link, go to “View Details” and look under “Package Identification Code”, that is your USPS tracking number.

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Our Customer Service Squad is happy to get you everything you need for a successful return. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping (it will be deducted from your refund) for all products that are being returned unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service Squad.

The item will be returned via USPS mail using the return label accessed through our Returns Portal. This label is pre-paid and pre-addressed, and the return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

If you received a damaged item, incorrect item, or something was missing from your shipment (so sorry!), we will immediately send a replacement item or offer a full refund (including any return shipping fees) for the item. Your refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service Squad.

When your return is received by Pipsticks, you will receive an email confirmation listing the items we received, their condition, and the refund value. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If you return items that were paid for using a Pipsticks Gift Cards, then you will be issued an e-gift card for the full refund amount.

If you used a combination of payment methods, you will first be refunded with an e-gift card and the rest will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.

We do our best to answer all customer inquiries within 2-3 business days, but one time online store orders can ship in as little as one business day. Pipsticks may cancel orders for any reason, (ie: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution).
