In this blog post, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of wrapping a book and adding delightful stationery goodies to make your gift truly special. Let’s get started!

Materials You’ll Need:

A book to gift
Wrapping paper or large paper
Pen
Scissors
Tape
October Stationery Box

Step 1: Wrap the Book

Let’s begin by beautifully wrapping your book while keeping its cover visible.

Prepare Your Wrapping Paper: Cut a piece of wrapping paper large enough to cover your book. You want enough paper to create a nice V-shape at the front.
Wrap in a V-Shape:
- Place the book in the center of the wrapping paper.
- Fold the paper over the front of the book, creating a V-shape that allows the cover to be visible.
- Bring the sides of the paper around to the back and secure them with tape. This way, the cover peeks out, creating an inviting look.

Step 2: Gather Stationery Goodies

Now, let’s add some fun and useful stationery items from your October Stationery Box!

Custom Bookmark: Use the materials from the box to create a custom bookmark. This can be a simple design with their name or a fun quote about reading.
Book Tracker Bookmark: If your stationery box includes a book tracker bookmark, include that too! It’s a handy way for them to keep track of their reading journey.
Fun Book Stickers: Look for any fun book-themed stickers in the box. These can be great for personalizing their books or journals.

Step 3: Assemble the Gift

Now that you have everything ready, it’s time to put it all together!

Slide in the Goodies: Carefully slide the custom bookmark, book tracker, stickers, and your recommendation note into the front of the book, underneath the wrapper paper. This will allow them to see the goodies as soon as they unwrap the gift.
Finish with a Ribbon or String: Use a pretty ribbon or string to tie around the wrapped book. This adds a lovely finishing touch and keeps everything secure.
