How we're using our April Hello Kitty Sticker Pack

Let’s be real: if you’re not already making a mini junk journal dedicated to Hello Kitty and her friends… what are you even doing this spring? We took our Hello Kitty April sticker pack and turned it into a teeny-tiny memory book that doubles as a safe space for our most precious stickers (are you the type to save the good ones “for later”?).

It’s cute. It’s chaotic. It’s got a corner pocket. Let’s make it.

🧷 What You’ll Need:

  • A mini notebook or DIY-folded booklet

  • Your Hello Kitty April sticker pack (featuring Hangyodon, Pochacco, and all the crew!)

  • This month’s Pippy for background paper, of course

  • Glue stick or tape runner

  • Scissors

  • Photos, ticket stubs, or written memories you want to save

  • Bonus bits: washi tape, labels, glitter pens, or heart-shaped confetti 💖

🌈 Step-by-Step: Hello Kitty Memory Magic

Step 1: Build your base
Pick a page in your mini journal (or make one from scratch!) and create your background. We tore out a few pages from Pippy to use as the base—those pastel patterns are perfect. Glue them down to fully cover your spread, mixing patterns and textures as you go.

Step 2: Make your sticker pocket!
This is our favorite part. Cut a square or triangle from one of your Pippy pages and glue just the two sides and the bottom to one corner of your spread. Bam! You’ve got a little corner pocket to stash your favorite Hello Kitty stickers in. It’s like a secret sticker hug.

Step 3: Add memories & photos
Time to personalize! Glue in tiny photos, draw doodles of your fave spring moments, or write down memories you want to keep close. That sunny park day? The best iced matcha ever? A random Tuesday that was just really, really good? Pop 'em in.

Step 4: Sticker layering party
Now let Hello Kitty and her friends take over. Layer your favorite characters around your photos and pocket. More is more here.

Step 5: Little blurbs = big feelings
Write mini captions or labels—think “Spring picnic vibes,” “Sticker stash = sacred,” or “Hello Kitty is my co-pilot.” It adds personality and makes your spread feel like a lil' story. When you flip through this spread a few months from now, you’re going to get hit with all the warm fuzzies of spring 2025—plus you’ll still have some favorite stickers stashed in your pocket to use whenever you’re ready. It’s basically a love letter to your future self. And to Hello Kitty. Obviously.
